Development Highlights
- Overall size: 108.86 acres.
- Open space: Approximately 48 acres of dedicated open space including large meadow areas, a pristine wetland, and a 7-acre woodlot.
- Three unique phases: Cluster Housing (Northern Phase), Traditional Neighborhood (Central Phase), and Traditional 1/3 or 1/2 acre lots (Southern Phase)
- Boat storage: Storage units of various sizes, which will accommodate up to 35 owners. All buildings will be designed to fit in with the farm character of the existing farmstead. Click here for an enlarged view of the North Entry with Boat Storage, and Common Buildings.
- Farm house and barns: Centennial farmstead with farmhouse and barns will be preserved and maintained by a neighborhood association.
- Other amenities: Hiking and bike trails that connect to the neighboring properties and, potentially, to Long Lake Elementary School; park areas with gazebo, possible community playground.
- Roadway network: Narrow winding roads provide a distinctly rural character and give this project a unique community feel. The private road system is a first, to this extent, for Long Lake Township.
